Full Access Session
Although run the same as ZEN Harrogate, there is a small change to the full access session –
An hour and a half session spending 30 minutes in each of our 3 rooms
- The Sun Room
- The Rainforest Room with Enchanted Cave
- The Ocean Room
Begin your experience in our Sun Room where you can dive into the LED ball pit, bounce on the trampoline or interact with the many wall pannels.
Then, move into our Rainforest Room where you can suspend in our cacoon nest swing and explore the different jungle areas including the enchanted cave filled with all things ultra violet!
Finally, finish off in our immersive Ocean Room and relax on our waterbed whilst enjoying the ender sea projection for ultimate relaxation.
After your session, feel free to come and enjoy a light bite and drink in our welcoming cafe.
Includes complimentary teas, instant coffees and squash for all including children and adults (fresh coffee and other drinks/snacks can also be purchased during your session)
**Please note, the animals are not currently available at ZEN. We are awaiting a smooth transition for them to settle into their new home**
Sole use in each room with thorough clean downs between each use.

The total number of people in your booking includes children of all ages from birth. Turning up to your session with more than this will result in being turned away.

We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer – details provided upon booking
- Paypal
- Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of your session as your room will not be ready.
- Availability of guinea pigs and the giant bunny is subject to weather conditions and availability.
- When booking, the system will show a 40 minute slot. This is a full 1 hour and 30 minute session. You must arrive at the start of your session time to ensure you can enjoy the full time in all four rooms.
- The session will come up as a booking for 1 person but it for 1 group of up to 6 including children/babies.
- Please note, if paying via bank transfer we have changed bank details in the past year, please ensure payment is made into correct account or your session will not be confirmed.
