About Us...
ZEN Sensory is an award winning, immersive sensory centre based in the beautiful village of Wath, Ripon in North Yorkshire. After years of supporting people with additional needs to spaces that promote themselves as fully inclusive but aren’t or being asked to leave or be judged just for being them, we decided to create a space that broke those boundaries, celebrated individuality and provided a safe, welcoming space for all who need the service!
Although we welcome EVERYONE, we specialise in adults and children with SEND, anxiety, ADHD and sensory processing needs. Our sessions have been thoughtfully curated to meet all needs from open sessions to move freely between rooms with others to build friendships, to private, immersive sessions for small groups who prefer more structure and lower noise.
Aswell as sensory experiences, we also offer hands on, drop off sessions including our Alternative Provision for children with SEMH and SEND needs as well as our inclusive holiday club and our wellness Refresh and Reset sessions.

Sensory Sessions
Full Access Session
Private sensory session for all ages and abilities spending 30 minutes in each room for up to 6 people including adults and children
SEN Support Group
Open session for children with additional needs and their families to explore the centre at their own pace.
Baby and Toddler Group
Open session for little ones ages 0-3 years to explore the centre at their own pace.
Hire of the Entire Centre
Private hire of all sensory rooms for your group to explore the sensory rooms as you wish
